Abstract submission guidelines
- Abstracts should be submitted in clear English to allow the reviewers to focus on the scientific content of the abstract.
- An abstract should contain a maximum of 250 words.
- You must provide the last name and initials of each author along with institutional affiliation.
- The presenting author should be indicated.
- The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all authors have read the abstract and agreed to be co-authors.
- Abstract should not be submitted to any other conference simultaneously.
- The abstract should be structured into the following sections:
- Background/ Introduction
- methods
- Results
- Conclusion/s
- Abbreviations should be defined.
- Do not include references, tables or figures in your abstract.
- The presenting author of the abstract must be registered for the session.
- Abstracts can only be submitted online via GMA website.
- Abstracts can be withdrawn after the acceptance with a written acceptable explanation sent by mail to the GMA Secretariat.
- After the acceptance, If an abstract is failed to present (unless withdrawn), the author/s will be blacklisted for three years of duration.
Terms and conditions
- I confirm that the abstract is prepared according to the abstract submission guidelines.
- I know that the abstract can be withdrawn with a written statement reflecting the reasons for the decision.
- If an abstract is failed to present after the acceptance, the author/s will be blacklisted for three years of duration.
